When I was searching the Internet I came across a very interesting article entitled “Where does the reading problem go when children grow up? “The article goes on to question the concept that when children are younger they all have reading problems, but when they grow up those reading problems are no longer there. The question is when do children learn to read? If they are struggling when they are younger and can read when they are older, who is teaching them to read and how are they learning these literacy skills. It is strange to me that children’s reading problems suddenly go away when they are older.
